Obsessed! There’s a learning curve for towel placement and when to start it for your shower but love it! Great quality. Silent. Not hot on the outside.

It was a good size, fits three large towels. Warms towels even with the unit sitting on the deck in freezing Canadian temperatures. Wish it was a bit larger to hold an extra towel or two, but it works great.

Another product I didn’t know I needed until now. I read the reviews and most ppl said it heats up fast etc. I don’t think so (for me). I start heating up my towels about 30mins – an hr before my shower. Then after the shower the towels are perfect. It is big and fits a lot of towels. I do put my bathrobe in to heat it up or a throw blanket to heat it up. I have some underwear I hand wash and I pop them in the towel warmer to dry lol handy little thing.

I wanted to comeback and change my review from 2 weeks ago in which I expressed a negative opinion about this product, I really want to be fair and give this company the credit that they deserve, Their sales manager contacted me and was very apologetic and courteous and expressed that they regretted any issues that I might have had but they wanted to do the right thing and take care of the situation in the most satisfying way for me, I was very impressed with their professionalism and caring that they showed about my situation, I should have just contacted directly instead of letting the whole world about my problem, they were in constant and direct contact with me the whole time after that and they took care of my problem within days, I am very happy with my Towel warmer and very grateful to this company for their professionalism and integrity, I will definitely will do business with them again.Now that is cold here in California I’m enjoying my towel warmer again.Thank you very much !!Sincerely.
